Please note you would require the below documentation for your visa applications.

• Filling of the online visa form (Go to http://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/ – When you get to Visa4UK you will need to register and create an account)
• Invitation Letters from the conference secretariat
• A current and valid travel document or passport (your passport must contain at least 1 page that is blank on both sides, so that they can insert your visa).
• 1 passport sized colour photograph which meets the requirements in the UK Embassy photo guidance.
• Bank Statement (Of you or your sponsor with a letter from such sponsor)
• Letter of Reference from Employer, institution or organisation
• Evidence of your marital status if applicable. This could include a marriage certificate, a civil partnership certificate, a divorce certificate or a death certificate.
• Employment Letter or Admission Letter if applicable
• if you are self-employed, evidence of your business activities and financial standing;
• Payslip if in paid employment
• Evidence of any ties to home country which includes any property document – if available
• Evidence of activities and responsibilities which includes – newspaper clips of possible media interviews, flyers or write-up
• it will also help if you can show that you have family or social ties and responsibilities to return to;
• evidence of any firm travel plans you have made
